Mouse in Pamir Restaurant We dined at this restaurant on 10/25/2004 with my family. The service was too slow but the food was good. We were almost at the end of our entrees when I saw something passing by, and I said "It can't be". A mouse! This time my daughter and my husband saw it too. I was almost throwing up so I ran outside. My husband and my daughter stayed inside to pay the check, and they told the owner in a polite and quite way that there is a mouse in their restaurant. His reply was "Oh, it is the owner checking the food!" Do I need to write more? [26 Oct 2004 22:42:05]

Good Times at Pamir We have dined at Pamir a number if times, and each experience was pleasant. We are never rushed and the tables are nicely spaced so conversation is possible. The food is always good. [30 Dec 2004 21:13:41]

Wonderful Food, Friendly Service I have dined at Pamir about seven or eight times now, and each time the food has been wonderful. The service is always abundantly friendly and warm. Also, there are many vegetarian dishes available which is a plus for me. Overall, a great place to take your family or a date for delicious ethnic food. [09 Jan 2006 17:04:41]

One of the BEST, without a doubt I have eaten here on an average of once a month and have never been disappointed. I also have taken people here on various occassions and all return on their own, because the food is fantastic, the service is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. A complimentary salad that comes with every meal is fresh and delightful with a yogurt sauce. The spiced pumpkin is quite an enjoyable treat, as I have never had that before. Everything is good! Hair in our food OVERALL, BAD! First, our waiter was sick and kept on coughing and sniffling as he was talking and serving us our food. Second, we found three pieces of short, gray hair in our food. We were so disgusted we couldn't finish dinner. When we told our waiter, he tried justifying it by saying that it was from within the bag of rice which was shipped from India. Do yourself a service, and do not dine there. [26 Jan 2007 16:39:02]

So-so service, great food My wife and I have eaten here a number of times over the past few years and have been consistently pleased by our experience. The atmosphere is so-so, the service can be a little brusque depending on which waiter you get, but the food has always been delicious, plentiful and reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend it. Bad Service, Passable food We dined at this resturant a Saturday evening. The service was slow, the servers rude and uniterested in providing service. The food was also overpriced. In addition, cleanliness seemed to be an issue. I would not visit this resturant again. [22 Apr 2007 08:47:35]

OM NOM NOM My family always come here to celebrate big occasions, because the food is pretty expensive, but it's *well* worth it. We've never had any issues with cleanliness or service there -- it's a lovely, homey sort of place with a very inviting atmosphere, and the food is always delicious and abundant, and we're never rushed out.
