Good Food
Food was better than average. Service was in need of improvement. The onion soup was the best I'd had in a very long time & steaks were cooked as ordered, medium rare. Atmosphere of the restaurant was casual and a little too loud.    [08 Nov 2002 15:39:05]

Great Place
The food is always excellent. I've been going there for years and have never had a major problem. The managers, Tom and Tom, are great. I do recommend a reservation, especially on the weekend.    [19 Nov 2002 15:41:51]

I've patronized this restaurant for years. It's gone through renovations, automation, etc. over the years. Without a doubt, this restaurant is the finest in the entire region. Put first things first: service is better than one could expect. Hostess and servers are, again, more honest than one could expect. I accidentally dropped $40 from my pocket upon departure. An employee approached me on my next visit and asked if I left money on my previous visit. After responding, employee returned the $40 immediately.    [14 Jun 2003 23:11:11]

Great food, great prices
I've been to Charley's Other Brother several times in the past year, and I must say, the food is great and the price is right. The steaks are excellent, the seafood is delicious, and the servers are terrific! Also, if you're an escargot lover like me, you'll love it!    [21 Feb 2004 17:46:36]

UPSET!!!
Had a 60th birthday get-together for my husband. We invited only 10 guests.
Glad the party was not any bigger because I was humiliated with the service we were given. Waitress was hard to find and never checked on our table. We are not fussy or hard people to please. The food was satisfactory and prices were reasonable. We will not go back!    [02 Jan 2005 19:56:15]

Another Perspective
I've been going to this restaurant for over 20 years. I have never had a bad meal... service was bad only twice, and when I brought it to the manager's attention, it was rectified on the spot. Atmosphere is pleasant and congenial; food choices are so varied it could satisfy any palate. I particularly like their summer seafood dishes.
