Excellent Corn Quesadillas
I found a little Mexican place in New Brunswick that has delicious quesadillas. These are different from what the TexMex chain restaurants have (and much better!).
They're called Quesadillas de Masa de Maiz--the tortilla is corn instead of the usual wheat. They're thicker, golden and crispy! You can get them chicken, steak, al pastor (pork with pineapple) or with other fillings. And it was like only $6.50 for a platter of 3 quesadillas! It's about 7 minutes from Rutgers University. The waitresses were real nice too... treated me like a special guest.    [05 Apr 2008 12:52:57]
