Good food. Too bad about the bum's rush
Nice selection of tapas, if a bit expensive. Good wine list. But, at 7:30, they announced to us they had a party, and we needed to be out by 7:45. The check came (unrequested) and when we asked for a desert, "Sorry, we don't have that tonight". That kind of customer-hostile behavior sure ruins an otherwise decent place. Good Food and Music but Bad Service
We had a good meal, the Calamari was excellent, and the main dishes of Paella and Chicken Tangine were equally as good. The Jazz music created a nice warm atmosphere, but was undermined by the poor service.    [12 Jun 2003 11:58:30]
