Go somewhere else
The food isn't what it used to be at Ruga. The service was bad. The waiter was sitting at the table next to us with customers for about a half hour. He didn't let us taste our bottle of wine first. We couldn't get a glass of water. For $125 for 2 people, you could do far better somewhere else.    [27 Nov 2005 10:54:55]

Awful
We waited an hour and a half just to get our salads. When we complained to the manager he said that he was having a problem with the kitchen. Our waiter told us it's been this way the past three months and that he was going to quit. We waited another half an hour after we ate our salads and told them to forget the entrees, we were leaving. Great food, slow service
My friends and I went to Ruga a a few weeks ago on a saturday night, and the service was very slow. The food, when it arrived, was very good, but the wait killed us. Believe me, if the food wasn't so good, we would have walked...
