Our Favorite Chinese
Whenever we crave Chinese (every week for my wife), we head to Baumgarts. It's a nouveau Chinese restaurant with most of the classic dishes along with some unusual ones with Thai influence. The Chillied Shrimp appetizer is amazing. My wife's favorite is the Lobster entree in brown garlic sauce.    [08 Jul 2003 12:15:34]

Great for adults, but kid-friendly
One of the best restaurants in Ridgewood. Appetizer of chicken and pinenuts wrapped in lettuce leaves -- love it. Baumgart's special salad with apples, glazed walnuts, oranges with tangy dressing -- always great. So many excellent main courses to choose from -- should really check out their menu online.
