Villa Roberto Ristorante has a terrible atmosphere. If it wasn’t the blaring music coming across the hall from the private party room, it was the constant sound of a party’s loud speaker/microphone 4 tables away. When speaking to management about the problem they seemed to shrug if off. Service was very slow and careless. It took a half hour to get a refill on anyone’s drink. The food would have been very good if it was hot and brought out to all of us at the same time.
A Very Disappointing Experience. [19 Jan 2004 13:40:09]

Terrible service I went on a sunday night and it was empty. Now i know why. No one asked how the food was, and we never knew who our waiter was. The food was a 2 out of ten. NY strip steak should be grilled, but they bake it. At end of night I was told that the credit card machine wasn't working all night. Shouldn't they have told me that before I was seated? I called management and was asked to come again for a free meal. ARE YOU KIDDING? Worst overall experience in last three years [14 Aug 2006 17:17:35]

Excellence in Dining I've eaten at many Italian restaurants and have experienced good times but Villa Roberto was one of a kind. It starts off with a warm greeting in the front to the ambience of an exceptional setting of charm and casual elegance. The professionalism of the waiter was extraordinary and the way the wine list is presented with recommendations quite remarkable. The evening was a night to remember from the delicious food to excellent service. We will be regulars of Villa Roberto for as long as the restaurant is around and we will recommend it to friends and family. [08 Feb 2007 18:00:16]
