A Gem
Despite the corny Disney-Alladin decor, this place is a gem. Wonderful, authentic, and perfectly prepared food coupled with extremely friendly service. They feature egyptian specialties along with the more common middle eastern dishes. The Chicken Shawarma, made of grilled chicken sauteed with peppers and onions was absolutely delicious. My search has ended at Aladdin's!
Our server was warm, friendly, informative and helpful. She helped up pick appetizers and even brought us things that accompanied our food perfectly. The giant bread was unbelievable and the garlic spread is a real winner. The hot sauce is homemade as is most of what they serve. The babaganousch was out of this world, although the hummus was just average in my opinion. The falafel was awesome and the mixed grill was cooked perfectly. I could go on about the rice, the deserts the tea… but I think you get the point. If the people didn’t make you feel so welcome I assure the location and décor would not do it on its own.
