Wonderful Polish cooking
The name gives nothing away. However Julian's offers a wide array of Polish dishes. There is no ambiance and the heating and air conditioning are terrible. But if you go when the weather is appropriate you will be treated to amazing food at low prices.

On weekdays they have a phenominal buffet lunch for $6.95. Nothing fancy, but everything is good. There are usually two soups which are full of flavor. Starches are represented by some sort of potatoes, sometimes barley, and usually some dumplings. Various meat and chicken dishes are always there, each one with its own distinctive taste.

Dessert is usually some sort of cake. They look like something you might expect to find on an airplane menu, and taste better than most of the six and seven dollar cakes you get in more upscale restaurants.
