What happened???
My family has been going to Sal's for 16 yrs with no problems at all, great food and service until recently! Everything started out great, server was friendly and helpful until someone had a problem, she became a royal witch! Pepper, brandy cream sauce on pork medalions was so pepper encrusted it was inedible by both people who ordered it. "Medalions" were over cooked pork chops. No apology offered and she gave us a hard time about getting a replacement dish. She wouldn't let it go, and made comments under her breath for the rest of the night. Eventually, she wouldn't wait on us at all and passed us on to another server. Chicken in another dish was tough and over cooked. Mussels in my dish were only half opened. Needless to say, I got food poisoning and spent the night in the bathroom.    [24 Apr 2006 16:18:23]
