Outstanding
Just spent another St. Patrick's Day at Sweeney's. The food, as always, was excellent. The band (The Bantry Boys) played great Irish music and got the crowd involved in an evening of sing-a-long. The ambience here is very comfortable. Even though we sat at a table with 3 other couples who were on their own, we all got acquainted easily and had a rousing good time.    [18 Mar 2003 21:20:10]

Hidden Treasure in Trenton
Sweeney's is fabulous! Bill Sweeney cooks gourmet food, and there's Irish music most weekends. The "Bantry Boys" are an amazing Irish group! Sweeney's also has a lot of atmosphere, and the staff treats you like family. You can park across the street.    [07 Feb 2007 10:09:57]
