Urban Word is Trenton's cultural center
The Urban Word has had an uneven kitchen over the years but I understand that a recent chef change and improved the situation. A friend recently had what he described as an excellent steak.

The Urban Word is a chic little cafe and is headquarters for the artsy crowd in Trenton. Manager, Roland Pott is an uber-involved manager and has big visions for Trenton place in the arts. He also manages the Conduit nightclub and the Trenton Makes artist galleries, next door.

We always have a good time at the Urban Word and enjoy the friendly patrons. If you're looking for a cool place then the Urban Word is the only option in Mercer County, we've looked.    []
