Overcharging
I went there between lunch and dinner when it was not that crowded. I ordered a baked ziti, and then asked my server (Matt) if I could get a little spinach.

The meal was OK, but not great. But the shock was when the bill came. HE CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $7 FOR THE SPINACH. When I asked him about it, he took it to his manager. He came back and said the manager would not adjust it. I didn't tip.    [12 Aug 2006 16:42:23]
