excellent tomato sauce
The tomato sauce is excellent, thick with a very strong, sharp tomato flavor. They have only been open a couple of weeks and they are still learning the ropes. Service is slow but friendly. The restaurant has bright furnishings and colorful tablecloths.    [27 Mar 2008 14:42:08]

Linguine alla Bolognese
The restaurant has been around for a few months now and the food is pretty good. The homemade desserts are my favorite--Black Forest Cake, Tiramisu, cheesecake...yum! Try the linguine alla bolognese. The sauce has excellent flavor.

The waitstaff isn't very efficient. It seems to take a while to get a refill, but the food is worth the hassle. Especially since there aren't any other Italian restaurants in Alamogordo!    [10 Jul 2008 19:22:06]

Tomato sauce is NOT a sauce but a paste;
nothing Italian about this "supposely sauce"....and this paste is on everything savory dish... food needs a lot improvement...
Tiramisu is not bad but not authentic either...made with pound cake, should be lady fingers....
