Why do they do this???
The wife & I came into town on a Sunday afternoon & having discovered that there was a "Brew Pub" in town we thought that it would be great to go to The Wellhead for lunch & a nice cold beer that was made on premises. Much to our dismay the Wellhead was closed & there was no posting in the window concerning hours of operation. Now, we travel the United States in an RV & when we discover a new brew pub we like to try a taste of the "local" beers available if any. Unfortunatly, this is not the first time in our years of travel that we have come upon such a situation. But WHY do these places do things like this? I don't know, I can't figure it out why they seem to be ashamed of when they are open. Too bad, it's their loss but a heck of a way to run a business.    [07 May 2006 17:08:59]
