Wonderful Mexican Food My husband and I have been going to this restaurant for years. It's one of our favorite Mexican restaurants near Albuquerque, New Mexico. [21 Jun 2005 17:37:08]

Surprisingly good I expected just a good bosque view. Was very pleasantly surprised by fine food quality and nice service. Only visited recently. Will be returning for sure. Bosque view is really fine ambiance. Bar area, which is in and al fresco, looks worthy of future visits, too. [27 Jun 2005 01:50:06]

Great Service I had a very friendly server. Her name was Tina. She told us about that nights specials and what her favorite dish was. We tried the New Mexican stuffed Chicken Breast. Excellent choice! View was great too! [30 Oct 2006 12:17:20]

Not So Great Coronado's food is a bit on the greasy side. I have tried several of their dishes and have not found one that is to my liking so far. Their green and red chile is not the best. Service is friendly. [12 Nov 2006 20:35:19]

My wife and I had just left the Albuquerque Airport and dropped in one Saturday afternoon to get a snack. We are Texas and have have eaten in many restaurants throughout New Mexico and were hungry for NM cuisine. The sign in front said you could get two Huevos Rancheros for $9.00. My wife asked if they were enough for two people. We were told they were two sepatate plates. Sold. I had green and my wife had red. They were delicious. On the way back through a week later, we stopped again and the special was the same, so we ordered the same thing, again. My wife asked for a couple of Sopapillas. They were good. My wife told the waitress she forgot to charge us for the Sopapillas. She told us they were gratis. The Coronado Grill serves excellent New Mexican food and reasonable prices, they will get my repeat business. [16 Sep 2007 16:43:51]

Very good, best in Bernalillo (tie with Range on food but not service) We've been there post 8/07 to date 1/08 four times. Go on a weekday for lunch. We went on the weekend last time. The food was consistent but the service was better on weekdays. The food is very good. Avoid the chicken unless you are looking for bland - except for the stuffed chicken breast. We think they cater to the older crowd wrt to bland chicken (for nachos and fajitas type dishes). The rueben and Philly sandwiches are great. The posole and potato salad are nice. ALL items appear freshly made. Nothing appears frozen. We live in Placitas and love the Range, but it's too noisy and have to wait an hour for a seat. This place is nice, convenient, attentive, and has clean, good food. The view is very nice. We like the personal attention (they remember us) and the fact that we don't have to drive to Albuquerque.
