Great food - Great views
First of all, the Prairie Star is one of the finest restaurants in the Albuquerque area. But...it is certainly not a one "$" price range. At least two, probably closer to three "$$$" including drinks.

OK, Not Great
I wasn't completely satisfied with the Prairie Star. The menu was small, the service was OK, but the food was outstanding. For the price of the meal I would much rather go to the Rancher's Club. I wouldn't recommend not going there, but for a nice restauant I wouldn't put it on the top of my list.    [15 Dec 2005 10:15:09]

great ambiance; excellent for conversation - quite, marvelous views.

Went last Night
The service was excellent! Quiet restaurant with great views. Nice and relaxing. My wife had the trout and chile relleno...sounds like a weird combo, trust me this was a 5-star dish!! I had to get tacky and break out the cell phone camera! My dish was just as nice. The only neg. is they need to ease up on the salt.    [12 Apr 2008 15:02:32]
