Great sopapillas!
Don't be put-off by the outside appearance of this restaurant/bakery on Chama's west side. They have very good Mexican food and the best sopapillas I've had. I've been in dozens of Mexican restaurants over the years but Patsy's can be beat for this home-made Mexican pastry!    [06 Dec 2006 09:39:31]

Found this gem of a place a couple of years ago on a trip to Chama and have been dreaming of the sopapillas ever since! We are making another trip out to Chama this year and plan on stopping in for more of this wonderful pastry! Not only are they tender and flakey, but you won't believe how big they are!
