This is a busy taco stand in Espanola. They have the most wonderful Carne Adovada burritos. I crave them from afar (San Diego) and must make a trip whenever I'm in New Mexico.    [17 Jan 2003 19:51:47]

Salsa is wonderful
El Parasol is a real find -- no "ambiance" at all, a couple of picnic tables outside of the walk-up window, great food, great value. Get a poly cup full of salsa with your chips and you'll have enough to take home for the next couple of weeks of chips there. Probably best for take-out than eat-it-there.
