Worst Service in Farmington
The Farmington location of Fuddruckers is a blemish on an otherwise decent chain of restaurants. It's hard to say if the food was any good, we waited over an hour to be served, and when we got it the food was cold. The dining room was filthy, we had to clear our own table before we could sit down. Normally I would have chalked it up to an unexpectedly busy night, but the rude and unprofessional behavior of the manager leads me to believe that it was probably incompetence on his part that lead to such poor service. After we had waited 45 minutes and still did not have our food, our server went to the manager to request a coupon towards our next visit to make up for the wait. He shouted at her using words that I won't repeat here, said that she could tell us where to put our receipts and write a letter to the corporate office if we had a problem. My dining companion then went up to voice his complaints, but the manager stood with his back turned to the counter, refusing to even acknowledge my friends presence. Oh yeah, and there was no clean silverware once we did get our food, so we waited another 20 minutes for someone to bring us plastic silverware from the takeout supplies. Definitely do not go to the Farmington Fuddruckers if you actually want to eat, unless you see a sign outside that says "Under New Management".    [02 May 2007 18:29:13]
