Galisteo Shines with New Chef
The new chef at La Mancha, the restaurant at the Galisteo Inn, is marvelous! She cooks "slow food," clean, healthy, delicious food from nearby. Everything is fresh and put together in a very interesting way.

The dining room is tiny and cozy, or we can eat on the patio under the cottonwoods on nice evenings. Imagine eating gourmet food in a 300 year old hacienda that's been lovingly restored. What an experience!    [14 Aug 2007 15:43:14]
