Horrible restaurant
Poor management and service. The managers are lazy and crude. The service was slow and sluggish and the bathrooms were dirty. The managers were inexperienced and weren't knowledgeable about the procedures and could not answer any of my questions, forcing them to consult an employee about the matters concerning preparation and procedure. A female manager stated that she did not know how to prepare breakfast, therefore breakfast would be delayed until one of the more knowledgeable managers came in. Managers without basic knowledge of the restaurant should not become managers.    [30 Jan 2006 04:29:00]
