It's an Applebee’s
Service was good but a bit slow. Food was good. It's a typical Applebee's. Newly opened it looks busy but on my visit it was not as crowded as I would have expected. We did not have to wait for a table, one reason I usually avoid Applebee's. There were a few kids which seemed to like to make a lot of noise while the parents just ignored them. One waitress at least tried to keep them entertained, so guess you could say it is kid friendly. My dining pleasures are not listening to screaming kids, not mine, or anybody else's. I will not exclude this Applebee's from my places to eat, it just won't be frequent and it will be later in the evening. [10 Apr 2004 13:10:22]

BAD!!
When I went to Applebees in Rio Rancho it took 15min for anyone to even get my drink. I never got a refill and my festa lime chicken came out raw! RAW chicken!!! [22 May 2004 14:11:27]

Terrible service
When my wife and I went there it took FOREVER to get water. No refills ever came. Our waitress disappeared for over half an hour, while others around us were waited on. Bringing our food to the table was the last time we saw her. My burger was not hot, and I never got anyone to do anything about it. I won't be back. [02 Oct 2004 10:35:30]

Not So Good In The Neighborhood
Seating hostess nowhere to be found, waited over 10 minutes to be seated once hostess reappeared. Service not so good drinks took forever to be brought to the table. Once food was ordered and served never saw server again until she brought the check. The food was not as good as expected like at other Applebee's eaten at. I would say Rio's Applebee's has got to be the worst! [12 Nov 2006 19:34:17]
