Bob's Burgers has about eight locations in the Albuquerque area. It is a family owned business which started in the 60's. It offers a hamburger with a New Mexican edge. According to the owner, the restaurants' most popular items are the Ranchero Burger and the Taco Burger which can be loaded with red or green chile.

Bob's Burgers has burgers
We went there to support a new business in Rio Rancho. I have not been to this chain before, so went with an open mind. It was OK, but that is about it. There seemed to be a very limited selection, which is OK. The food was OK, but nothing special. Burgers with green chile.    [16 Mar 2008 20:34:48]
