I am almost McDonald's free. I quit going to this McDonald's almost two years ago. Poor, slow service with untrained employees who lack basic courtesy skills.    [31 Jul 2003 12:25:20]

Not What I Would Expect From McD's
I have kids, and go there often when needing a quick meal. Have not been there in many months. EVERYTIME I go there, the service is quick, unless they are slammed. At one time I waited almost 22 minutes for a hamburger with no onion. (only thing I ordered) The manager is VERY nice and friendly and will interact with the kids in the restaurant. The Play-Room is always dirty (to the point that we will wait until we get home), floors, play equipment, bathrooms, and walls. There are some really nice friendly regular employees there, but otherwise, the others are more not so great. Chicken nuggets are always old and dry. Fries are usually hard and old. Burgers look more like slop than burgers. Condiments are usually empty. I once put in a complaint by those little cards they leave you, and I saw an employee throw it away. Once I got home I called the 1-800 number on your receipt to complain and there was no way to reach a live rep. Drive Thru almost always has order incorrect. Trying to rectify this problem is a headache, cause they don't give you a receipt like they should, and by the time they "believe" that you were shorted something or your food was wrong, your other food is cold. Just not impressed. Staff seems more concerned with the incentives (apple pies, ice cream) and special promos advertised than they do the quality of food they put out.
