Potato Knishes In New Mexico?
Pastrami and Things II is a new New York-style deli located in the Lujan Shopping Center on Deborah Road (The road behind Burger King). They offer about 20 sandwich selections and I had the pastrami sandwich platter at $7.95 which I chose with potato salad. No, not expensive, excellent, almost too much. While enjoying my sandwich I noticed I could have gotten half a sandwich and soup. I will have to try a potato knishes    [27 Feb 2004 21:14:38]

Thank goodness, they are here for us, knowing NYC type delis from the past.
My standards in this area are exceptionally high - it's not quite fabulous, but the best deli fix around here.
