One of the best
In Santa Fe, a city with many world-class restaurants, Cafe Pasqual's is one of the best. The only problem is that the menu is vast and the specials are almost always irresistable so conflict is inevitable. I have yet to try anything that wasn't outstanding, however. The corned beef hash is one of the best of its kind anywhere-- beautiful cubes of corned beef, and potatoes wonderfully seasoned. The fare is inventive with a Southwestern flair. Single diners in particular might enjoy sitting at the large round "family" table.    [30 Jul 2006 13:27:48]
