Horrible!
Ever since Burger King re-opened, it has been horrible! One night, I waited in line at the drive-thru for 30 minutes, and they didn't get my order even close to what I asked for! and when I spoke to the manager to correct the mistakes, they still messed up. I really enjoy their burgers, but their service is so poor it will be a long time before I eat here again. [23 Feb 2005 16:49:23]

I think that ever since they re-opened everything is cleaner.....I've enjoyed my last couple of visits....
P.S. Why would you wait that long at a drive-thru anyways? You can drive off!!!

Silver City has this way of having the worst fast food anywhere and our Burger King is no exception. The first time I ate there the meal was stone cold. I called the manager and she said they had some faulty equipment and in the future to ask them to make certain it was hot. I did so, and the employees were very rude. When I felt like dealing with rudeness and asked them to make sure it was hot, it was. When not, it was not.
I had high hopes for the new ownership and tried the drive thru. There were no cars in front of me, it took forever, there were many employees standing around laughing and joking, and the food was stone cold.

I like this place!
Believe it or not, this Burger King closed for about a year and a half in July of 2003. They then reopened in December of 2004 or January of 2005. I was shocked when this happened, the place was always full of customers and the food was always good. Since their reopening, the food is still fresh and hot and the service is alright!
