Not much good to say
Short-handed is always an excuse here. If you go in an hour before closing they will be out of chichken and refuse to make more. Drive-through was a joke. Waited for acknowledgment for about 7 minutes, pulled forward and sat outside the drive up window for at least another 5 minutes while watching a customer inside waiting at the counter. Never saw an employee, so went to Burger King instead.    [24 Dec 2006 23:51:47]

Gave it another shot
Labor Day weekend I decided to give KFC another try. I ordered the 10 for 10 deal. They were short on chicken again but there seemed to be plenty of employees. Of course they were being more playful with each other than taking care of customers. They really need an overhaul.    [24 Sep 2007 18:52:25]
