Never seen a McDonald's this dirty
As much as I like a Big Mac once in a while, I won't be going in this place. I've been it it twice and both times it was unkempt and needed attention.

The last time, there had been a spill, and it had been there so long that it was drying up around the edges! It was in a traffic area and kids were walking through it.

I was told that the same owner owns the one in Lordsburg and that it is filthy also. (Thanks for the warning.)    [21 Sep 2004 14:40:06]

The worst service ever!! A real "I don't care attitude" is apparent in every aspect here at Silver City's one and only McDonalds! Filthy! Everywhere, bathrooms, play area, eating area...ugh! Who wants to spend time in a place where no one cares if you are there..and do not care to make it the way you like it, or listen to how you order it, complaints are never heard, employees are rude to the extreme sense of the word. McDonald's food is all the same
I agree with Whiz Bang, it wasn't the cleanest fast food joint, but the food was the same as any other McDonald's food. You get what you pay for... I guess.    [23 Jan 2005 18:49:41]

Dirty and Disorganized
This place is filthy. Staff stand around while customers wait. Some are in uniform some not. People come and go behind the counter and into the kitchen. I gave them a couple of chances but will never go back. Blake's Lota Burger is much better.    [18 Feb 2005 20:18:35]

The service here is unbelievably bad! They were so rude to me when I went that I won't be going back. The management definitely needs to start doing their job. I would rather make my own burgers (and I don't cook!)    [23 Feb 2005 16:58:38]

NO Change!!!!
STILL DIRTY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE TOO. I have yet in the past four years to go through the drive-through and receive what I ordered; I believe they do this on purpose to get you to come inside and upsell to you. I watched as the girl took my sandwich apart with unwashed bare hands and replaced items to make the sandwich the one I ordered. I had to ask for a replacement and she argued with me. I left and filed a complaint online with no result and no sandwich that was paid for. I had stayed away for one year and recently tried this place again.
