Laundry? Quien Sabe? Great food though!
Tina's is often recommended by the locals. It is located on the main street, at the north end of town near Burger King, and McDonalds. Really good food, in good-sized portions. Not fancy...some of the booth's upolstery has tears, but you didn't come to eat the booths! Friendly, fast service.
The Breakfast Burritos are especially yummy...12" tortillas! Add a side of Hash browns, perfectly cooked, and you can skip lunch. If you are not a leather-tongued New Mexican...you may want to order your green or red chile salsa on the side, instead of one the food. Tina's is both hot, and plentiful. Good, but hit or miss
The service here is hit or miss. They go through a lot of waitresses -- so you will get many who don't know the menu or won't even refill your drink. Some waitresses are lazy and really don't care. However, a few are very good. Food: the chimi platter is good along with the Escondita burger. You usually get your food quickly. Don't go here if you dislike smoke -- it can get really smokey at times. Also the bathrooms are cold and dark.    [20 Feb 2005 15:17:35]
