OK for T or C This is a mediocre steak house. The seafood is tough as are the steaks. As far as T or C is concerned, it is pretty much the best of what is offered, though. [06 Nov 2002 13:22:48]

Great Place! We had a great time here! The staff, from the owner to our waiter, were friendly and helpful. The food was better than average-I had the catfish, others had steak-a group of eight-everyone was happy with their meal. The catfish was cooked to perfection and very tasty. The service was excellent. [09 Apr 2007 20:31:34]

Very Nice Steakhouse Los Arcos has a comfortable atmosphere. It is more upscale and quieter than your typical "Western" steakhouse. The service was very good, definitely above average for these parts. The food was delicious. My steak was very good: not the absolute best I have had (and I have eaten steak at some of the best steakhouses around the country), but very good, even for the money. I only wish that our table was a little larger (my only complaint). This place is somewhat expensive for this area of the country, but the food is generally better than most. A nice dining experience. This would be considered a four in the major U.S. cities, but down in these parts Los Arcos is a five. The steak and the food generally was superior to the Double Eagle in Old Mesilla! [20 Apr 2007 22:24:39]

Good High end steak house for a little town. Steaks good. The only thing I would change is to have some smaller portions available. The 9 oz. filet is good but having a 6 oz. one would have been fine.
Service was good.

Not Impressed We have experienced high end steak houses and this one just imitates one. Very high priced for tough steaks that ran $17.95 each. The Calamari was good as an appetizer for $7.75. Drinks are high priced for one beer at $2.75 in a bottle. One slice of Mud Pie was $4.95 and worth every penny. If you're on a budget we do not recommend this facility as it is just too expensive. A top sirloin (7 oz.) will run $37.00 by itself. [19 Apr 2008 22:52:35]
