Best Place for Fun in Brookyln Heights
Annie's on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights is possibly that one last place in a neighborhood fast becoming so engagingly charmed by itself that it has forgotten how to have a good time -- where you STILL CAN have a good time. It's a grat pub atmosphere, with far better food than you would expect from a pub, with nightly specials and great drink deals, especially their drink "lotto", where drinks can cost .10 cents or .25 cents if you're lucky. Great pool table (tournaments) and video games. Friendly atsmosphere with people who still enjoy a fun night out. Fun, but poor service and rude management.
Yummy frozen drinks, cute decor, and 20% included gratuity for parties of 5 or more (which is not posted on the menu). Our waiter was slow and not terribly personal, but a good time was had by all until the check arrived.    [01 Aug 2003 12:19:50]

This is what fun in Brooklyn is all about!!
The scene may be in manhattan, but the fun is in Brooklyn. Hot bartenders, free shots, good food and good people. ONe of the few non-gentrified places in the neighborhood. Definately worth a visit.    [22 Dec 2003 16:33:57]
