Chez Oscar is Tres Magnifique!
This restaurant is truly a gem! Great food, service and ambience. Prices are moderate and worth every cent. For real bang for your buck, try Tuesday's All You Can Eat Mussells and Fries for $10!    [11 Sep 2003 15:11:29]
