Chef's is a Buffalo Landmark Good no-frills traditional Italian food. Chef's has a busy, informal atmosphere and is a great place to dine before a Sabers game or other downtown event. Chef's restaurant is known by all in the Buffalo area, and is famous for its Speghetti-Parm (Speghetti covered in a blanket of mozerella cheese. Wine and beer selection is marginal. Prices are very reasonable. [23 Apr 2003 10:31:09]

Best Spaghetti Anywhere The best spaghetti (parmesan or otherwise) anywhere. Write it down, book it, bank on it, count on it, period. [04 Aug 2003 19:00:12]

Lasagna To Die For! A super friendly and helpful staff make Chef's that much more special. The Lasagna was outstanding. The famous Chef's sauce is the topper. Well worth the trip. [15 Jan 2006 17:53:17]
