Great Place to Eat!

I have been there several times over the last few years, and everytime I went in the hopes that this time I would get a better meal..unfortunatley, the best thing I can say is that the place is average and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Horrible customer service!
The planning on management's part is horrible. Our big party of 20 plus professionals (lawyers, doctors, etc) was essentially kicked out while we were still spending money and ordering dessert, because another reservation had been set while we were still there. We were never made aware of a two hour time limit, which is ridiculous for a party of 20 at a pub-like atmosphere. Instead of management taking responsibility and dealing with their own negligent planning, they made us deal with it by rudely and unapologetically telling us to hurry it up. We had a full bottle of wine left, and dessert on its way, and had spent about $280. No way to treat paying customers: extremely ridiculous! Best Restaurant in Buffalo
