Elegant food and ambiance in a city neighborhood
This is a highly regarded restaurant which still lives up to its fine reputation. The food is fine Italian dining. There may be a plate of spaghetti on the menu but why order that when you can have delectable seafood creations or veal prepared with delicate sauces. As a special you may be treated to very tasty osso bucco. Caesar salad is prepared tableside. For a real show-stopper have a flaming drink,also prepared tableside. The service is cordial and efficient; the wait staff is knowledgeable about the menu and the specials. Make reservations however as even early in the week the place fills up. [16 Apr 2002 09:17:34]

Unexpected Treasure
Location is on the edge of a rather seedy neighborhood near downtown, but restaurant is very nice and quite unexpected for the location. Food was wonderful, especially the fresh bread! Service was quite prompt and very cordial. We would go there again if visiting Buffalo and would certainly recommend it to others. [30 Jun 2003 13:01:43]
