Septenber 29th Visit
When Montana Mills was located in Syracuse, NY, I visited them regularly because of the delicious breads and other items. However, on Saturday, September 30, on my way home from the Naples Grape Festival, I made a detour to purchase a loaf of Italian bread. It was the worst bread that I have ever purchased from Montana Mills. It was stale, and if I lived closer, I would have brought it back for a refund. At $4.00 per loaf, one would expect a fresh loaf of bread at least. I thought the sales clerk to be rude and also not very helpful as I asked for familiar items that I had purchased in Syracuse. I will not make a "detour" again to this establishment.    [01 Oct 2007 09:48:58]
