Humbug I am extremely disappointed with my choice of this restaurant for Christmas Eve dinner. The service was slow even though it was not busy. The food was poor. The prime rib was tough as shoe leather and the salad was pitifully wilted. It was slathered with mayonnaise. Many things were missing from the meal. They took $10.00 from our bill. I WILL NOT come back! [25 Dec 2000 10:14:37]

Terrific Celebration At Flying Tigers My wife, two sons (ages 10 and 12) and I went to Flying Tigers recently for our wedding anniversary. It was a terrific celebration with superb service by our waiter, Lee, and delicious food. We (especially the boys) truly enjoyed watching the planes on the runway and listening to the control tower. Hurray Finally a place to go to eat for the whole family! We didn't have a reservation for the 8 of us, but they didn't bat an eyelash when we all came in at the busiest time on Saturday the 13th.
The food was excellent, the best prime rib in a long time. The children didn't eat because they were too busy listening to the control tower. [19 Apr 2002 15:00:16]

Yuck!!! Waited 45 minutes with a reservation in a crowded lobby. Service was very slow, food was overpriced and not that great. Bathrooms were disgusting! [11 Jan 2003 22:29:36]

Gotta try again? We ate there last night and,the service was very good, but not perfect, we waited over an hour and a half {1 1/2 } for our dinner and my lady's food was less than perfect. She ordered the pork loin and it was overdone, in defence of the service the waiter got us our desserts on the house. We plan on trying again as it has promise, lots of really cool decor,if you enjoy WW II memoribilia. [08 Feb 2004 12:45:36]

Never Again We came hungry and prepared to have a great meal. The service was slow. The waiter did not seem to be able to answer any of out questions. After 20 minutes waiting for the menus and another 20 to look at them we placed our orders and only then were told they were almost out of prime rib, so not everyone in our party could have it. Just as well, it was fatty and tough. Four orders were screwed up with no apology. We had one bottle of wine which was fine, but they ran out and the suggested substitute was just terrible. The salad was just iceberg lettuce and a piece of tomato.
The bathrooms were dirty, and we darned near killed ourselves on that lousy broken brick floor in the lobby. [17 Feb 2004 19:15:00]
