Vitello a la Pasquale "To Die For!"
Two years ago I was a student at SUNY New Paltz; the only thing that kept my frail body sustained was Pasquale's veal. This restaurant has been a popular place in student's recollections for years before I joined the scene, but the chefs here are phenominal. I'm a picky 'foodie' but Pasquale's cuisine has never let me down. If you are in the area drop by for a meal of 'Vitello A La Pasquale' and some chardonnay and you will not be disappointed.
