Pass This One Up.
We should have followed our initial instinct and walked out. The place smells musty, the waiter was pushy and rude. We had to keep fanning the flies off of our food. The prime rib which the waiter pushed after we tried to order shrimp, was thin and over cooked. Not what I would expect of a Steakhouse.    [09 May 2004 09:00:05]

I would pass this old place up too!
This was a first to NYC for my daughter and I. We found a 20% off coupon and decided to give it a try. The place looked pretty dingy and dirty when we walked in but we still decided to give it a try. The waiter was very nice and said that we could share a meal if we wanted. We decided on Filet Mignon and it was more than enough for two people. The food was decent but then my daughter decided to use the restroom which she said was totally disgusting. There is an old saying that you do not want to eat where the restroom is dirty...well that did not sit right with either of us after that. I left a generous tip and we got our 20% off the meal and it was a decent price considering we only ordered the one meal. As we were leaving we never got a thank you or stop back in or goodbye anything like that. I definitely would not return.    [12 May 2005 20:28:10]
