They put me (and my wife and 5 year old) under an air conditioner that got us and our food wet. Took a while to move us. Nothing taken off the check. No apologies from the thoroughly incompetent shift manager and maitre d who could not have been bothered.

Lot's of other choices. Oh, did I mention that the mass-produced food was a mediocre minus at best. That with snotty service makes this a place to be avoided.    [01 Mar 2004 17:19:37]

A decent place to sit and people watch
The food is not spectacular but good and reasonably priced. I have breakfast here every morning when I'm in town for business or fun. I always get a table facing the many windows to 57th street and people watch the entire time I'm eating!    [22 Mar 2005 13:58:49]
