I love this place.
Kate's Joint is fabulous. Whether you're vegetarian or vegan you can order anything on the menu and be 100% satisfied (they make your dish however YOU want it, dairy or non-dairy). My fav. veg restaurant
Good food, good prices. Def. a village joint. Not fancy if that's what you're looking for but good place to kick up the feet.

I ate here a while ago while on a road trip with my dad and brothers--I'm a vegan, they all eat meat and all that. I loved the food and so did my dad--my brothers warmed up to it once they saw pizza on the menu.

It's not some schmancy yuppie-type veggie restaurant, but that was refreshing for me because the only vegetarian restaurants around her are more "upscale".    [16 Jun 2007 13:56:24]
