TERRIBLE SERVICE
The waiters passed our table at least 20 times, but none would come to take our order. Then the appetizers didn't show up until we asked for them after waiting a long time. When entrees arrived, no rice...we had to ask over 7 times in English and Korean for rice. The service for the barbeque meat was terrible -- they didn't help to put the meat onto the grill or take the meat off the grill, so instead of concentrating on talking with our friends, we spent the evening cooking for ourselves. To make matters worse, the servers kept taking away our grilling tongs, so we had to use the soup spoons to peel the meat off the grill. Some of the air vents in the dining room didn't work, so all the burning smoke from the two tables next two us went straight at us on its way to the vent above our table. Wonjo Rocks! Plain and simple.
Service is a bit lacking, but the food is bar none the best. if you're looking for authentic Korean BBQ look no further.

The Worst Service Ever
Seems like some people have it lucky, but if you aren't, you may end up with the rudest waitresses ever. Forced us to order additional dishes we could not finish, stuck up, and came yelling at us when we refused to tip. The bad service made everything taste terrible.    [26 Aug 2007 00:20:26]
