Cornell's Ita. Restaurant Cornell's is the best by far, all the way around, no matter what you order, it is just great !!! Never had a bad meal there. Not to mention the wonderful home made desserts. Service is top shelf too. Prices are fair. The owner Joanne, is just the best person you could ever want to meet. [03 Aug 2004 00:14:06]

New Address Its in the new little italy of Schenectady on North Jay street next to Civitellos and Perreca's bakery. Just west of Union college.
Very reasonable prices for full meals -- each entree comes with fresh bread, as well as a plate salad with house dressings (I commend to you the house Italian with balsamic and the house handmade blue cheese) As well as a starch choice of pasta or potato/veggie. I really highly commend their unique house steaks, and as another entree, their OH MY GOD good fresh handmade on the premises cavatelli pasta. The entire menu sounds sumptuous, the service was on par with a 4-star restaurant, the prices reasonable and the atmosphere top notch. I felt like I was in an elegant NYC spot. I felt the house chardonnay was nice - crisp and fruity. I was very pleased, as was my date who has attended SCC's culinary program. [12 Jan 2005 19:35:35]

Delightful Experience At Cornells it is not just the wonderful and authentic Italian delights, but the soothing decor and ambiance, and the personalities of the Schenectady-native owners that come through. It is not just dinner but a dining experience that you will thoroughly enjoy time and time again. [28 Mar 2005 11:42:30]
