The One Way Café is located in Barefoot Landing, a retail plaza in the village of Spencerport. The restaurant moved to this location from neighboring Gates, New York on July 5, 2006.

Call ahead ordering is encouraged. Their menu features baked goods such as cakes, pies, bagels, (and bagel sandwiches!), and muffins. Beverages include a variety of specialty coffees and custom-made fruit smoothies.
