Staten Island's hottest, healthiest, trendiest spot!
Don't know where to begin. I've been struggling with eating healthy for years because I hate the dry bland taste of diet foods, well I found my answer. Better Gourmet Health Kitchen is awsome! The menu consists of all the foods I love, except they are all grilled or baked. Nothing is fried. The portions are much bigger than expected.

The food is so fresh and made to order. Nothing is premade so everything is so fresh. I eat lunch there every day! The wraps are all very healthy, the salads are huge and so fresh. The prices are great and so affordable.

The atomosphere is great. It is very trendy. Very mixed crowed. The place is soooo clean and the staff is really super friendly. They have now added outdoor seating and its so relaxing and great. Definetly try this place out, weather you are into healthy food or not, you won't even realize you are eating food with %50 less calories...    [30 May 2005 20:30:39]

Better than ever!
Better Gourmet is the newest hotspot that New York City has to offer. Nothing compares to those delicious mouth watering wraps, not to mention how healthy and low in fat they are.
