Before ordering a meal, I inquired of the server whether the Shrimp Ceasar Saland met the restaurant's definition of an entree for the purposes of the Entertainment Book Discount Card. I was told it did. After being served and after I had eaten from the salad, I was informed that she made a mistake and that it did not qualify. She and management refused to make any adjustment to the check and yet they still punched the card as if a purchase had been made.    [25 Apr 2007 22:50:17]
