Lou's Billow Beach Casual Dining and Bar is located near the shore of Lake Erie at Rt. 45 in Ashtabula. Upscale menu includes prime aged steaks, fresh seafood, chops, chicken and many other choices in this casual "come as you are" dining environment. Lou's Billow Beach is owned and operated by Andrea and Tracy Coats and has been in business for over 50 years, technically in a small town called Saybrook. The Bubble Bar is also a popular part of the restaurant playing classic rock and host to some special holiday events.
