Bethel Skyline
This Skyline is by far the best one in the world. The people that work there are so friendly and the food is made perfect every time! There is no other Chili place that comes near this one.    [07 Nov 2006 00:27:04]

Awful Service
I went to Bethel Skyline with a group of people on Saturday, September 22. We went into the diner at about 10:00 p.m. We had to wait for about 10 minutes before we were even waited on and we were sitting at the bar. Not to mention the fact that there was only one other table in there at the time. Once we placed our orders we were talking to some of the people that work there because we know them. They were talking to us and working at the same time. The manager on duty was 20 year old Samantha Sturm. One of the people with me had found a bug in the second half of the burrito she was eating so we were trying to get the attention of the friend we have that works there to inform her of this inconvenience. We said her name and she had told us to hold on when Samantha turned around and very rudely said "Would you guys please stop talking to her. You are distracting her and i would appreciate it if you would let her work!!" This wouldn't have been such a big deal if she would have went about things in different way. Perhaps a more professional way. My point is that if it would have been the parents of the workers there then Samantha wouldn't have snapped at them like that. I understand that she needed work to be done and she was the one in charge so it lays on her shoulders if something doesn't get accomplished but she was unnesseccarily rude. When she was informed of the bug in the food she came over looking and acting annoyed and put her fingers in the burrito then said she didn't she it. My friend pointed out the bug and she turned around looking at our waitress and said "Take the burrito off the check, it has a bug in it!" She just made it seem like we went out an caught the bug and put it into the burrito or something. The way this "manager" acted was very unprofessional, rude, unpleasant and disrespectful. She treated the paying customer as if we were an inconvenience. I hope that she does not treat everyone this way.    [24 Sep 2007 14:16:24]
